This time, we’d like to take you behind the scenes to discover how products are created at Yamamoto — the heart of our Monozukuri spirit.

From Drawing to Finished Product

Every Yamamoto product begins with a drawing.

The basic journey of Monozukuri includes:
Design → Programming → Machine Setup → Machining → Inspection & Measurement → Finishing → Packaging.

All these steps are carried out entirely in-house, under the strict supervision of our experienced engineers to ensure precision and quality at every stage.

The Technology Behind Every Step

To achieve precision down to the micrometer, Yamamoto has invested in a wide range of advanced equipment:

• CNC lathes (including automatic bar feeders)

• 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers

• EDM machines

• Dedicated robotic arms for each production line

These systems enable us to handle complex components and produce diverse small-lot orders with exceptional flexibility — delivering fast, tailored solutions to meet our customers’ unique needs.

Quality Control – More Than Just Inspection

For Yamamoto, quality is not the final step of production —　it is a mindset that runs through every process.

Each stage includes its own checkpoints,　from dimensional accuracy and tolerance to surface finishing.
Our inspection room is fully equipped with advanced measuring instruments, all maintained under strict internal standards.
